The City requires the Developer and/or his designated representative to attend a preconstruction <br /> meeting at this officepriortothe actual installation ofthe duct system. Atimeanddatewillbeavangedatthe <br /> Developer's convenience. <br /> 4. Any permits required for the installation will be the Developer's responsibility to obtain. <br /> 5. Easements willberequiredforanfacilitiestobeinstalledwitbinthelimitsofthisdevelopmentandas <br /> shown on the plans. Easements will be granted by the Developer and verified by a registered surveyor. <br /> 6. Three phase, 277/480-volt underground service will be provided as indicated on the plan. Service <br /> cable to the building will be the responstbr7ity of the lot owner. <br /> 7. The Developer is responsible for contacting and coordinating with telephone and cablevision <br /> providers. <br /> 8. The Developer is responsible for contacting the Customer Service Department at (772) 978- <br /> 5100 for Impact Fees or any other fees related to creation of a customer's account. For metering <br /> questions contact the Metering Division at (772) 978-5486. <br /> 9. This proposal will be valid for apedod of 270 days from this date. If at the end of that time <br /> period the installation is not complete, the City reserves the right to modify the proposal. <br /> 10.
