SECTION 6. CONTRACT <br /> The Project Engineer acquires no property interest and no property rights in employment <br /> or in continued employment, but has only the contractual rights set forth in this permanent part- <br /> time employment agreement. The Project Engineer agrees that this permanent part-time <br /> employment is strictly "at will" and the County Administrator may terminate this employment <br /> agreement at any time for cause or for no cause upon thirty days (30) written notice. <br /> SECTION 7, TERM <br /> This employment contact is for a fixed period of two (2) years commencing February 18, <br /> 2007 and ending February 17, 2009, unless terminated earlier by either party. <br /> SECTION &TERMINATION <br /> This contact may be terminated at will by the County upon at least thirty days (30) <br /> written notice by the County Administrator to the Project Engineer. This contact may be <br /> terminated by the Project Engineer upon at least 30 days ' written notice given to the County <br /> Administrator.
