ARTICLE 10 <br /> MANAGEMENT RIGHTS <br /> 10 . 01 RESERVATION OF RIGHTS <br /> The County reserves all rights , powers , and authority customarily exercised <br /> by management under current Florida Statutes except as otherwise <br /> specifically delegated or modified by express provisions of this agreement. <br /> 10 . 02 PRIOR RIGHTS <br /> It is the intention of the parties , that the County have each and every right <br /> and privilege that is enjoyed by public employers , bounded and limited only <br /> by Florida law, the laws of the United States , and this agreement. By this <br /> agreement, the Union and the County agree to certain limitations on those <br /> rights . <br /> 10 . 03 It is agreed that the management of the County alone shall have authority to <br /> determine and direct the policies , mode, and methods of providing its <br /> services , without any interference in the management and conduct of the <br /> County's business on the part of the Union or any of its representatives . <br /> Except as expressly limited by a specific provision of the agreement, the <br /> County shall continue to have the exclusive right to take any action it deems <br /> necessary or appropriate in the management of its business and the <br /> direction of its work force .
