Additional Services in Connection with Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion <br /> to be used for acreage verification for twenty-four properties (as shown on the attached map <br /> entitled Exhibit "B' ) located in Indian River County in the southeast quarter of the northeast <br /> quarter of Section 22 , Township 32 South, Range 39 East with multiple Tax I . D . Numbers . <br /> Task A <br /> Indian River County Utilities is interested in establishing the ability of acquiring and utilizing <br /> this site located east of the existing Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant site . A local <br /> realtor has assembled a group of small area land owners into a consolidated parcel of property <br /> and has offered it for sale to the County. The County is moving forward in acquiring this site <br /> with the intent of utilizing it for use to store and dispose of wet weather effluent flow as well as <br /> non-spec effluent discharge . In order to acquire the sites, the County must proceed with <br /> surveying services as outlined in this Work Authorization . <br /> Masteller & Moler, Inc . is pleased to offer our and provide for surveying services generally <br /> including the following tasks : <br /> 1 . Research property appraiser' s records as required and acquire copies of da.eds for each <br /> parcel . <br /> 2 . Assemble descriptions to verify the relationship of common lines , hiatus ' or gaps . <br /> 3 . Perform Boundary Survey of limits of all 24 parcels . <br /> 4 . Perform Boundary surveys of all parcels, if necessary, to determine actual parcel areas . <br /> 5 .
