EXHIBIT A <br /> Lead Inspection Services - If a residential housing unit being considered for purchase was <br /> built prior to 1978 , a lead inspection including a risk assessment shall be carried out . If <br /> a <br /> property containing lead is purchased and rehabilitated , the respondent shall perform <br /> clearance testing of the unit at the completion of construction . Both the initial lead inspection <br /> report and the clearance testing report shall be completed and submitted to the County within <br /> four (4 ) calendar days from Indian River County ' s issuance of a Notice to Proceed with the <br /> inspection and report . <br />
