EXHIBIT A <br /> Mold Inspection Services - Perform a mold inspection to determine if mold is <br /> present at a property being considered for purchase . Requested services shall include <br /> the following : <br /> Inspection of the property to detect any humidity or condensation <br /> problems , moldy odors , past or present roof leaks , plumbing leaks or the <br /> observation of any visible mold ; <br /> Take sufficient air samples both outside and inside the single family <br /> housing unit to determine if mold spores are present on the property . If <br /> mold spores are found on the property , identify the type of mold spores <br /> found ; <br /> ® Provide a written inspection report which shall include information on the <br /> number and types of mold spores found . Include color photographs <br /> showing all of the locations where mold spores were found . Provide an <br /> analysis of the conditions causing the mold . Provide recommendations <br /> on abating the existing mold , and ways of preventing the buildup of <br /> additional mold ; and <br /> If a property containing mold is purchased , provide clearance testing at <br /> the completion of construction ; <br /> Respondents must provide evidence of proper licensing , a resume of similar work <br /> experience and a proposed fee structure which details all costs to the County on a <br /> per unit basis . <br /> All Mold inspections and reports , including both the initial testing report and the <br /> clearance testing report , shall be completed and submitted to the County within four <br /> (4 ) business days from Indian River County ' s issuance of a Notice to Proceed with <br /> the mold inspection and report . <br />
