• <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5, 1961 <br />A special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County was held at 9:00 o'clock A.M. in the County Commissioners <br />Room in the Indian River County Courthouse. Present were Chairman <br />Robert Graves, and members D. B. McCullers, Jr. and B. Q. Waddell, Jr. <br />Absent were J. J. P. Hamilton and Donald Macdonald. Also present were <br />Ed Schmucker, County Engineer and Katherine Morrison Deputy Clerk. <br />Absent was Sherman N. Smith, Jr., Attorney for the Board. <br />The Chairman announced this meeting was called for the purpose <br />approving or disapproving a plat for General Development Corporation. <br />Mr. Huff of General Development Corporation was recognized and <br />requested approval for replatting a portion of Vero Beach Highlands, <br />Unit #2 Subdivision. After some discussion in the matter, Motion was <br />made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and <br />carried, that the Board approves the replatting of portions of Blocks <br />65, 66, 67 and 68 of Vero Beach Highlands,S/D, Unit #2. <br />There being no further business, the Board then adjourned. <br />CHAIRMAN <br />
