J. Schumann, who <br />on oath says that he is Business Manager of the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a weekly <br />newspaper published at Vero Beach in Indian River County, Florida; that the attached <br />copy of advertisement, being a <br />in the matter of <br />RI -0`-0 <br />in the <br />Court, was pub- <br />lished in said newspaper in the issues of <br />j C4 1Q1 <br />! % 6_1 <br />Affiant further says that the said Vero Beach Press -Journal is a newspaper published at <br />Vero Beach, in said Indian River County, Florida, and that the said newspaper has heretofore <br />been continuously published in said Indian River County, Florida, weekly and has been entered <br />as second class mail matter at the post office in Vero Beach, in said Indian River County, Florida, <br />for a period of one year next preceeding the first publication of the attached copy of advertisement; <br />and affiant further says that he has neither paid nor promised any person, firm or corporation <br />any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this advertisement for <br />publication in the said newspaper. <br />Sworn to and subscribed before me <br />this day of <br />A.D. M. on <br />April 18, 1961, and at said time <br />publicly open the same at a meet- <br />ing of said Board in the Indian <br />River County Courthouse, Vero <br />Beach, Florida, for the sale or <br />lease purchase to the County of <br />three (3) supplemental accessorie <br />interlocks per machine for twenty' <br />(20) Shoup Voting Machines to ac- <br />commodate vertical voting in three! <br />columns and such accessorie straps <br />to accommodate the candidate in <br />those columns, all of the same to <br />be installed upon the voting ma- <br />chines of the County on or before <br />December 31, 1961. Prices quoted <br />should be for cash upon delivery <br />and installation or as an alternate, <br />for lease purchase on an install- <br />ment basis. <br />The County reserves the right to <br />waive any informalities and to re- <br />ject any and all bids. <br />This 27th day of March, 1961. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By: ROBERT W.
