3 GeoSpatial Data and Information Management: On target On target <br /> GeoSpatial data shall be developed, and maintained in cooperation between counties and Behind target Behind target <br /> Florida Division of Emergency Management (DEM) . Current datasets will be provided by Complete Complete <br /> DEM to counties through the appropriate Area Coordinator. This shall include : <br /> • Respective County shelter databases utilized by the State Emergency Support Function <br /> (ESF) 6 ; <br /> Shelter information can be updated or new shelters added through the web by accessing <br /> http : /h�mvw . eoconline . or�,Y/EM Live/sheltennsf and choosing the County Update Button. <br /> • Location and attribute information for county Points of Distribution (PODS) shall be <br /> provided using a web based form which will be designed in zonjunction with Logistics <br /> and made available to the counties by January 1 , 2006 : <br /> o Coordinates need to be provided in decimal degrees <br /> o Facility physical addresses need to be complete and detailed to allow for <br /> accurate geocoding of each POD location <br /> Ex. Franklin Farmers Market <br /> 1792 US HWY 98 <br /> Eastpoint, Florida 32328 <br /> • Location and attribute information of all fire rescue and emergency service stations to be <br /> provided using a web based form which will be designed in conjunction with existing <br /> datasets and made available to the counties by December 15 , 2005 and at a minimum, <br /> should include : <br /> Name <br /> Physical Address <br /> Latitude/Longitude in decimal degrees . <br /> Comments : <br />
