<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
<br />that Ruth Hotchkiss Hillman and
<br />Richard M. Gillman, her husband,
<br />and others, have filed a Petition
<br />with the Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, requesting said Board to
<br />vacate, abandon, discontinue and
<br />close a existing park, other than
<br />a State or Federal Park, and to
<br />renounce and disclaim any right of
<br />the County and of the public in and
<br />to the land constituting such park
<br />with respect to property located out-
<br />side the ebrporate lignite of any
<br />municipality and in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, described 00 fol-
<br />lows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast
<br />corner of Lot 4, Block 6, ea-
<br />naming to Plat of Lone Palm
<br />Park Subdivision, which said
<br />plat was filed February 24, 1926,
<br />and recorded in Plat Book 1,
<br />page 61, public r ords of In-
<br />dian River County, Florida, run
<br />South 120 feet, more or less. to
<br />the Northeast corner of Lot 7
<br />in said Block 6; thence run
<br />West along the North line of
<br />Lot 7 and Lot 14 in said Block
<br />6 a distance of 250 feet to the
<br />Northwest corner of said Lot
<br />19; thence run North 120 feet,
<br />more or less. to the Southwest
<br />corner of Lot 17 in said Block
<br />6: thence run East on the South
<br />line of said Lots 17 and 4 a dis-
<br />tance of 250 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Said Board will hold a public
<br />bearing thereon at 10:00 o'clock
<br />A. M. on the 6th day of June, 1961,
<br />1n the office of said Board in the
<br />Indian River County Courthouse,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida, at which time
<br />aald Board will consider the ad-
<br />visability of granting or denying
<br />said Petition. All affected Iand-
<br />wners and persons interested may
<br />appear and be heard at that time.
