d. The parties agree that paragraph headings of this contract are for convenience <br />only and shall not be deemed to contribute to or be a part of the interpretation of <br />this contract. The language of the contract shall be construed as a body of <br />language intended to accomplish the agreement between the parties. <br />e. In the event of litigation regarding the terms of this contract or documents <br />executed as a result of this contract, venue of the action shall be in Indian River <br />County and Florida law shall apply. <br />f. The parties agree that they each have participated in the drafting of this agreement <br />and that the rule of constructing ambiguities against the drafter of a contract shall <br />not be applied in any judicial interpretation or determinations regarding the main <br />contract or this addendum. <br />Page 8 of 10 <br />
