d . The parties agree that paragraph headings of this contract are for convenience <br /> only and shall not be deemed to contribute to or be a part of the interpretation of <br /> this contract. The language of the contract shall be construed as a body of <br /> language intended to accomplish the agreement between the parties . <br /> e . In the event of litigation regarding the terms of this contract or documents <br /> executed as a result of this contract, venue of the action shall be in Indian River <br /> County and Florida law shall apply . <br /> f.
