<br />Motion was made by Mr.'Reams, seconded by'Mr. Briggs, and
<br />unanimously carried, That this Board recommends to the. Board of County
<br />Commissioners that the Zoning Map be not changed, and that the following
<br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Parcel 1: Lot 3, Block 2, of Dr. Richard E. Bullington's S/D
<br />of part of Section 1, Twp; 33 S, Rge 39 East, according to
<br />plat filed in the office of the Clerk of the circuit Court•of
<br />St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 5; EXCLUDING
<br />therefrom the following described_land: Beg. at the NW cor
<br />of said Lot 3, thence run South along the West boundary lien
<br />of said Lot 3 for a distance of 208.71 feet; thence run West
<br />for a distance of 208.71 feet to p.o.b., ALSO,
<br />Parcel 2: The N'J of the E' of Lot 6 of Block 2 of Dr. Richard
<br />E. Bullington's S/D according to plat recorded in Plat Book 2,
<br />page 5, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, EXCEPT
<br />the right of way over the N 50 feet of the above described
<br />property convey ed to the City of Vero Beach for a street, ALSO,
<br />Parcel 3: The N 160.5 feet of the West half of Lot 6, Block 2,
<br />Dr. Richard E. Bullington's Subdivision, according to plat
<br />recorded in Plat Book 2, page 5, public records of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, EXCEPT, however, the North 50 feet of the above
<br />described property conveyed to the City of Vero Beach for road
<br />right of ways, AND EXCEPT the West 100 feet of the above described
<br />property;
<br />be not changed, but, to the contrary, remain R-2, Single Family District.

<br />carried, as follows: That this Board recommends to the Board of County
<br />Commissioners that the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 16 to 20, inclusive, A. A. Berry's S/D, according to recorded
<br />Plat thereof;
<br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District to M-1, Industrial District.

<br />mously carried, as follows: That this Board recommends to the Board
<br />of County Commissioners that the Zoning Map be changed in order that
<br />the following described property, situated in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />The N half of Tract 17 in Section 30, Fleming Grant, and Tracts
<br />21 to 30, incl., in Section 21, Fleming Grant, all in A. A.
<br />Berry's S/D, as in Plat Book 2, page 14, St. Lucie County records,
<br />and the N half of Tracts 1, 2, 3 and 4, in Section 30, Fleming
<br />Grant;
<br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to R-3, Transient District.
