This <br /> would require an investment of $ 10 . 4 million over the next 20 years . <br /> Estimated Revenues <br /> Based on the growth population projections provided by the IRC Comprehensive Plan <br /> and impact cost per person calculated in Table VII - 14 , it is estimated that the Fire/EMS <br /> impact fee revenues will generate $9 . 9 million through 2025 . These projections are <br /> presented in Table VII - 16 . Based on the future demand analysis , the County will need to <br /> make an investment of $ 10 . 4 million to accommodate the 2025 demand .
