This law authorizes and empowers each inland navigation district to <br /> undertake programs intended to alleviate the problems associated with its waterways . The <br /> purpose of this rule is to set forth the District's policy and procedures for the <br /> implementation of an assistance program under s . 374. 976, F. S . , for local governments, <br /> member counties and navigation related districts within the District.
