15 . 08 The Employer agrees to provide as a nLmunum an annual physical for each employee. This <br /> physical shall include the same testing as is done for newly-hired employees, except that chest <br /> x-rays need not be given more than every three (3 ) years. At the option of the employee, and <br /> with one week's notice to the Employer, spirometric testing may be substituted for the chest <br /> x-ray. The results of the physical shall be provided to the employee, Medical Director, <br /> Emergency Services Director, Fire Chief, and Human Resources Director, but shall otherwise <br /> be confidential to the extent permitted by law. <br /> 15 .09 The County and the Union agree to the Drug-Free Workplace Program attached as <br /> Attachment A. <br /> ARTICLE 16 <br /> HOURS <br /> 16 . 01 Non-shift employees shall normally be assigned to a 37 '/i hour work week and shall be paid <br /> time-and-one-half for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in their work week. Shift <br /> employees shall be assigned to a schedule of 24 hours on duty followed by 48 hours off duty, <br /> and a shall be paid time-and-one-half for all hours worked in excess of 212 hours in their 28- <br /> day FLSA work period. Overtime shall be calculated in accordance with current practice. <br /> 16. 02 All shift employees will be granted three (3 ) "Kelly Days" to be scheduled in such a way that <br /> one ( 1 ) "Kelly Day' is allowed each four (4) months ofthe fiscal year. Such time off shall be <br /> scheduled. <br /> 16. 03 Overtime payment shall be made in the first paycheck after the conclusion of the 28 day cycle <br /> for shift employees. <br /> 19 <br />
