In order to provide an effective means of helping employees deal with drug/alcohol use and/or <br /> abuse, which may be interfering with their job performance, the District has an Employee <br /> Assistance-Program (EAP) provider, Bradman/UniPsych Companies, which offers employees <br /> and their families substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services. Information on these <br /> services is available from the District at 5674000, extension 225 at the Director's Office, Fire <br /> Chief at 562-2028, or the EMS Chief at 567-3160 <br /> We would like to have the opportunity to answer any questions anyone might have prior to the <br /> effective date of the program. If you would like to discuss the policy (on a confidential basis), <br /> please contact the-Emergency Services Director, or his or her designee, at any time. <br /> We do appreciate your work on behalf of the District and ask your assistance in keeping the <br /> workplace free of alcohol and drug-related problems. <br /> &"�(MC <br /> J h A.
