ARTICLE 3 <br /> MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS <br /> 3 . 01 The Employer will not unilaterally change employees' wages, hours, or working conditions <br /> established by this agreement or working conditions known to management which existed <br /> prior to this agreement. <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> CONTRACT APPLICATION <br /> 4 . 01 This contract and its interpretation, application, enforcement, and performance shall in all <br /> respects be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, ordinances and resolutions of the <br /> District and the Department of Emergency Services regulations. <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> SEPARABILITY <br /> 5 .01 The parties hereto agree that should any article, section or paragraph of this agreement be <br /> declared by a court of competent and final jurisdiction in the premises to be unlawful, invalid, <br /> ineffective or unenforceable, said article, section or paragraph shall not affect the validity and <br /> enforceability of any other article, section or paragraph hereof, and the remainder of this <br /> agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event any article, section or paragraph <br /> of the agreement is lawfully declared invalid, the Employer and the Union shall meet <br /> immediately to negotiate a replacement article. <br /> 4 <br />
