C. Department T-shirts will be worn during any physical fitness training or <br />training requiring physical exertion. <br />D. When necessary, the station officer will have the discretion to alter the <br />application of Sections A, B, and C above for unusual circumstances or <br />occasion, and only for the duration of such circumstances or occasion. <br />14.05 The District agrees to reimburse the full cost for eye glasses and contact lenses not to exceed <br />Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) and up to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for wrist watches, <br />damaged in the line of duty, provided that the damage was not caused by negligence, and that <br />adequate proof of such damage, the circumstances of the event, and proof of original <br />purchase price are presented to the appropriate supervisor and approved by the Fire Chief. <br />14.06 The Employer shall provide and maintain a heavy-duty washer for the purpose of laundering <br />turnout gear three stations. <br />22 <br />
