J <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />RECOGNITION <br />2.01 Pursuant to Chapter 447, Florida Statutes, the County recognizes the Union as the exclusive <br />bargaining agent for all employees of the County in the following classifications: Firefighter <br />Trainee, Firefighter, Firefighter EMT, Driver/Engineer, Inspector, Training Officer, Fire <br />Investigator, Lieutenant, Captain, Captain Fire -Medic, EMS Field Supervisor, Lieutenant <br />Fire -Medic, Engineer Fire -Medic, Senior Fire -Medic, Lead Fire -Medic, Fire -Medic, <br />Paramedic 1, Paramedic II, Captain Fire Investigator -Medic, Captain Fire Inspector -Medic, <br />Lieutenant Fire Inspector -Medic, Fire Inspector -Medic, Fire Rescue Training & Safety <br />Captain, EMS QA & Training Captain, Fire Captain, Fire Lieutenant, and Captain Fire <br />Investigator. <br />2.02 The Union and the County reserves the right to file with P.E.R.C. for a clarification of the <br />bargaining unit at any time. <br />r <br />
