ARTICLE 35 <br />DOCUMENTS <br />35.01 The Employer agrees to provide one (1) copy of each of the following documents to the <br />Union without charge: <br />A. Proposed budget, and final budget for the County. Budget changes and amendments <br />for the department. <br />B. Year end financial statement for the Department. <br />C. Administrative orders, regulations and personnel policies relating to bargaining unit <br />employees. <br />D. Revisions to the Department Rules and Regulations Manual and Department <br />Standard Operating Procedures. <br />35.02 The employer agrees to provide a copy of the Department Rules and Regulations and <br />Department Standard Operating Procedures, with all revisions thereto, to each station. <br />59 <br />
