A metabolite of any of the substances listed herein. <br />21.2 Drug cut off levels -- Initial Drug Test: All levels equal to or exceeding the following shall be reported <br />as positive: <br />Alcohol 0.05 gl/dl% <br />Amphetamines 1,000 ng/ml <br />Cannabinoids 50 ng/ml <br />Cocaine 300 ng/ml <br />Phencyclidine 25 ng/ml <br />Methaqualone 300 ng/ml <br />Opiates 300 ng/ml <br />Barbiturates 300 ng/ml <br />Benzodiazepines 300 ng/ml <br />Synthetic Narcotics 300 ng/ml <br />Methadone 300 ng/mI <br />Propoxyphene 300 ng/ml <br />21.3 Drug cut off levels -- Confirmation Drug Test: All levels equal to or exceeding the following shall be <br />reported as positive: <br />Alcohol 0.05 gl/dl%* <br />Amphetamines 500 ng/ml <br />Cannabinoids 15 ng/ml <br />Cocaine 150 ng/ml <br />Phencyclidine 25 ng/ml <br />Methaqualone 150 ng/ml <br />Opiates 300 ng/ml <br />Barbiturates 150 ng/mI <br />Benzodiazepines 150 ng/mI <br />Synthetic Narcotics 150 ng/ml <br />Methadone 150 ng/ml <br />Propoxyphene 150 ng/ml <br />*Testing laboratories will report all quantitative alcohol test results above 0.05 % to the MRO who will be <br />responsible for reporting results to the Employer. Percent by weight of alcohol in blood is based upon grams of <br />alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood. <br />Reasonable Suspicion Drug Testing <br />22.1 Employees will be required to submit to drug and/or alcohol testing when the Emergency Services <br />Director, or his or her designee, has "reasonable suspicion" as defined in this Policy, to believe that an <br />employee is using or has used drugs or alcohol in violation of this Policy. The supervisor will <br />document the circumstances which formed his or her determination. A copy of this documentation will <br />be given to the employee prior to testing. <br />73 <br />
