Section 3. No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon the public <br />beaches of.Indian River County, Florida, between the hours of i:60 <br />o'clock A. M. and 6:00 o'clock A. M. <br />Section 4. No person <br />beaches of Indian River <br />with a suitable muffler <br />Section 5: No person <br />beaches of Indian River <br />shall operate.a motor vehicle upon the public <br />County, Florida, unless the same is equipped <br />or other noise -suppressing device. <br />shall.operate a motorcycle upon the public <br />County, Florida. <br />Alice Helleso, County Health Nurse appeared before the Board and <br />stated that Ethel Klepp, County Health Nurse would like an extended leave <br />of absence. The Board requested Mrs. Klepp write a letter to this effect <br />to the Board, at which time some action would be taken. <br />Mrs. Graham appeared before the Board and presented, on behalf of <br />Dr. Flood, a suggested list of names from which to pick a committee to <br />study the feasibility of a Four -County Home for Juveniles and Mental <br />Patients. <br />The Board thanked Mrs. Graham and stated they would go over <br />the list and make their decision at a later date. <br />The Attorney for the Board stated that the School Board had not <br />taken any definite action on the re -districting problem but had told him <br />it would not be the same as the County Commissioners. The Attorney further <br />suggested that the Board hold up formal adoption of our re -districting <br />until after the November election or go ahead and adopt same to become <br />effective after the November election. He further suggested we keep be- <br />hind the school board to get them to redistrict. <br />The following Deputy Sheriff's appointment was approved for Charles <br />G. Edwards, Precinct #3, and Bond was approved for Mr. Edwards with St. <br />Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company as surety in the amount of $1,000.00, <br />upon Motion made by Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and carried. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried, adopting the following Item to Item <br />Transfers. <br />
