FIRST AMENDMENT TO CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT -' <br /> This First Amendment to Custodial Services Agreement (" First Amendment" ) ("Agreement" ) <br /> is entered into effective October 1 , 2005 , by and between Indian River County , a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Florida , 1840 25th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32960 (" County") and Heveron <br /> Group , Inc. , a Florida corporation , having a principal place of business at 1872 Commerce Avenue , <br /> Suite A, Vero Beach , FL 32960 , d/b/a Beachland Cleaning Service (" Contractor ' ) . <br /> BACKGROUND RECITALS <br /> A. Effective October 1 , 2005 , the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial <br /> Services Agreement ("Agreement" ) . <br /> B . The County and the Contractor desire to amend the Agreement by adding additional <br /> services , in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, as set forth in this First Amendment. <br /> NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of <br /> which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto , intending to be legally bound , covenant and <br /> agree to amend the Jail Agreement as follows : <br /> 1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this First <br /> Amendment . <br /> 2 . From and after the effective date of this First Amendment, the Services set forth on <br /> Exhibit " B" to the Agreement are amended by adding the additional services and compensation as <br /> set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference in its entirety . <br /> 3 . All terms and conditions of the Agreement not amended herein remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the County and the Contractor have caused this First <br /> Amendment to be signed by their respective duly authorized officers as of the day and year first <br /> stated above . <br /> Contractor: ON OUPINC .
