TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 1961 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River°County, met at <br />the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida in a regular meeting held at 9:00 <br />o'clock A.M., Tuesday, September 5, 1961. Present were Robert W. <br />Graves, <br />Chairman and members Donald Macdonald, B. Q. Waddell and J. J. P. Hamilton. <br />Absent was D. B. McCullers, Jr., Also Present were John Gould, Attorney <br />for the. Board, Ed Schmucker, County Engineer and Katherine Morrison, Deputy <br />Clerk. <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to be <br />made to the minutes of August 8th, 1961.
