Ed Carter appeared before the BoardaXad stets* .that the ,bride* <br />on 27th Street had been out for quite so®e,time. This is the street • <br />running through Spillway. He stated that the City does not have the <br />facilities for pouring pre -cast concrete bridges and that the City would <br />be willing to pay <br />up to $1500.00 for the cost of materials if the county <br />would supply,the labor to form the bridge and put it in: Motion wits <br />made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimous* <br />ly carried, that the County Engineer be authorized to furnish the labor <br />for the pouring and placing of forms for a bridge on 27th.Street if the <br />City of Vero Beach will pay an estimated cost of $1500.00,for these <br />materials. This is to be in connection with the City paving 27th street <br />from the Railroad to McAnsh Park. <br />The -County Engineer stated that on September 20th the County adopted <br />a Resolution to change the zoning of Mr. Kelly's property contingent upon <br />the construction of certain structures and completing the construction <br />within one year and if not done the zoning would revert back to the zoning <br />in effect prior to the change. After some discussion in the matter, it <br />was decided that the Board would go view the property and report back at <br />a later date. <br />A committee was appointed consisting of B. Q. Waddell, Ed Schmucker <br />and John Gould to work toward setting up a building code. <br />Troy E. Moody, Tax Collector submitted the E & I list on Real and <br />Personal and Intangible Property for the year 1960 and same was approved <br />upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell and unanimously carried. <br />The Deputy Clerk noted that the County Judge had presented Criminal <br />Cost bills in the amount of better than Seven Hundred Dollars representing <br />amount due him from February through August. The Clerk also stated there <br />would be another bill forthcoming for September, and since there is no <br />money in this account there will have to be a transfer. Motion was made <br />by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and carried, <br />and the following Resolution was adopted: <br />
