Each such notice shall be deemed delivered (a) on the date delivered, if by personal <br /> delivery, (b) on the date upon which the return receipt is signed, or delivery is refused, or the notice <br /> is designated by the postal authorities as not deliverable, as the case may be, if mailed. <br /> IX. TERMINATION <br /> Either party shall have the right to terminate this agreement for any reason upon written <br /> notice provided to the respective party thirty (30) days prior to termination. The County shall have <br /> the right to terminate this Agreement for failure to comply with terms and conditions set forth herein <br /> upon ten ( 10) days prior written notice to the Contractor. In the event of termination, the County <br /> shall pay the Contractor for all services rendered prior to the date of termination. <br /> 4 <br />
