WAIVERS - Waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any other breach of the same or different provision . 23 . GOVERNING LAW - The validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be controlled and construed according to the laws of the State of Florida . 26 . TRANSFERENCE - It is the intent of the DISTRICT to issue this funding assistance to the PROJECT SPONSOR who has made application for this assistance . In the event the PROJECT SPONSOR transfers ownership or management of the PROJECT to a party or parties not now a part of this document, other than another governmental entity that agrees to assume , in writing, PROJECTS SPONSOR' S obligation hereunder, the DISTRICT retains the right to full reimbursement from the PROJECT SPONSOR to the full extent of the funding assistance provided by the DISTRICT, including but not limited to any costs and reasonable
