NSP STRATEGY 5 : HOUSING ACQUISITION/REHABILITATION OF HONIES FOR LEASE TO <br /> INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH INCOMES LESS THAN 120 PERCENT OF AMI. FUNDS FOR <br /> THIS NSP STRATEGY MUST INCLUDE ALL OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING , BUT MAY ALSO <br /> INCLUDE THE REGULAR STATE ALLOCATION . <br /> Description : The purpose of this NSP strategy is to turn foreclosed or abandoned properties into decent, safe <br /> and <br /> affordable housing for low , moderate and middle income individuals and families . This form must reflect the 25 <br /> percent set- aside for rental housing for households at or below 50 percent of AMI as well <br /> as for rental <br /> housing funded from the regular allocation that meets the income requirement .
