Describe the benefits and adverse impacts to <br /> the human environment of each alternative and the reasons for rejecting it .) <br /> There are not practical alternatives to the project. No action would leave LMI families without a fire station <br /> within their neighborhood . There are no used or existing facilities to rehabilitate. Utilizing other sites is <br /> financially infeasible .
