Mr. Kaus appeared before the Board with regard to drainage <br />ditch adjoining his property. Mr Schmucker was asked to check the <br />problem. <br />Charles Herring, Attorney, appeared before the Board with <br />regard to right-of-way for Oslo road and upon Motion made by <br />Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried, Mr. Herring was given a two weeks dead line to secure the <br />necessary right-of-way that could be obtained without court proceed- <br />ings. <br />Anne Christensen appeared before the Board and requested aid <br />for Mrs. C. B. Law's mother (Mrs. Emma Hill). Upon Motion made by <br />Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried, $70.00 per month is to be paid to obtain help in caring for <br />Mrs. Law's mother. <br />Ed Schmucker requested an increase in petty cash fund for <br />the Road and Bridge Department. Upon Motion made by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, <br />the -Road and Bridge petty cash was increased to $40.00 and the General <br />Revenue Fund was increased to $50.00. <br />A statement for paint used on the Roseland Women's Club <br />Building owned by the County, was presented to the Board and upon <br />Motion by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner McCullers <br />and unanimously carried, the statement in the amount of $73.18 was <br />ordered paid. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having <br />been audited, were examined and found correct, were approved and <br />warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills and accounts <br />being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the <br />warrants issued from the respective funds being listed in the <br />Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the rules of the State <br />Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being <br />made a part of these minutes. <br />The County Depositories filed their monthly statement, <br />showing receipts and disbursements of the various funds which <br />
