Exhibit "A" <br /> BEACHUM <br /> d <br /> °40YSRVICE <br /> Indian River County <br /> New Administration Complex — EOC Proposal <br /> Emerlfency Operations Center <br /> Scope: Cleaning will take place after S:OOPM Monday thru Friday <br /> All occupied space will mirror the scope of service we use. <br /> • Vacuum cleaned daily, <br /> • Trash-recycle removed, <br /> • Restrooms serviced and supplied, <br /> • Tile floors swept and damp mopped <br /> • Desks clear of work material and personal items dusted <br /> • All other furniture, sills, door frames, ledges, baseboards done as needed but not <br /> less than weekly on Fridays. <br /> • Remove all cobwebs and vacuum all edges/under furniture on Thursdays weekly. <br /> Unoccupied area-Emergency Operations Area <br /> • Check area daily <br /> • Vacuum weekly on Mondays <br /> • Dust and remove cob webs as needed on Mondays <br /> Staffing: We will be adding to the staff currently on site. We will either tem the current <br /> staff with new or we may assign the EOC building to one person. It will be determined <br /> upon the beginning of cleaning the best fit to achieve the best results. We expect to <br /> spend between 4 and 5 man hours per night in the building. We will be utilizing the <br /> current supervisor for the area and adding this building to her responsibilities. <br /> Ouality Assurance: <br /> We currently have our QA member make monthly visits. We will be making the visits <br /> weekly for at least the first month of occupancy. We will evaluate then if we will resume <br /> the monthly visits or continue as is. Reports will be filled out and provided to the <br /> Operations Manager and President for review for continuous improvement. Our person <br /> will look at all areas accessible each visit and determine where any possible shortfalls <br /> may be occurring before they become a problem of higher concern. She will also <br /> randomly poll people through out the building as part of the inspection. <br />
