Election District No. 4-A Begin at the intersection of the centerline of Emerson.Avenue and the North right of way line of Fourteenth Street; thence East along the North line of Fourteenth Street to the East line of Section 11, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; thence South 666 feet to the South. line of the Vero Beach Cemetery; thence East along the South. line of the Cemetery to the East line of the, Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; . thence North along the said East line of the Southwest quarter 'of the Northwest quarter and the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, to the East right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence Southerly along said right of way line of the Railway to the North line of Section 24, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; thence West along the extension of the North line of said Sect- ion 24 to the Range line dividing Ranges 38 East and 39 East; thence North along said Range line to its intersection with the East West centerline of Section 7, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; thee East along the extension of the centerline of said Section 7 to the centerline of Emerson Avenue; thence North along said centerline of Emerson Avenue approximately one quarter of mile to point of beginning. That the voting place or precinct of said Election District shall be South Vero Beach, west of railroad along South line of 3-B extending to 1st Street S.W. Election District No. 4-B Begin at the intersection of the North line of Section 24, Township 33 South, Range 39 East and the East right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence North along said Railway right of way line to North right of way line of the South Relief Canal of the Indian River Farms Drainage District; thence North- easterly and Easterly along said North right of way line of South Rlief Canal to its intersection with the West shoreline of the Indian River; thence continue due East to its intersection with the center of the navigation Channel of the Indian River (existing intra -coastal waterway); thence Southerly following said centerline of the Navigation Channel to the South boundary line of Indian River County; thence West along said boundary line to the Range line dividing Ranges 35 East and 36 East; thence North along said Range line to the North line of Section 19, Township 33 South, Range 36 East; thence East along the extension of the North line of said Section 19 to the point of beginning. That the voting place or precinct of said Election District shall be South 1st Street S.W. extending East to middle of River.
