7Programects and the issuance of a " Notice of Administrative Closeout" for <br /> the project by the Florida Department of Community Affairs , <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> The Local Government agrees to pay , from the funding set forth in Article <br /> Sixteen ( 16 ) herein , the Administrator in the following manner : <br /> Compensation for the Administrator shall be the total sum of Two Hundred <br /> Thousand and 00 / 100 Dollars ( $ 200 , 000 . 00 ) , distributed as Twenty - Four ( 24 ) <br /> equal monthly payments of Six Thousand two hundred fifty and 00/ 100 Dollars <br /> ( $ 6 , 250 . 00 ) . If an extension of the grant is requested and approved by The <br /> Florida Department of Community Affairs , the monthly payment will be reduced <br /> accordingly to correspond with the remaining portion of the contract . The <br /> balance of Fifty Thousand and 00/ 100 Dollars ( $ 50 , 000 . 00 ) will be paid upon the <br /> issuance of a "Notice of Administrative Closeout" for the project by the Florida <br /> Department of Community Affairs . Payments will commence thirty ( 30 ) days <br /> after the effective date of the contract between the Florida Department of <br /> Community Affairs ( DCA ) and the Local Government . <br /> At the end of the twelfth month of this contract , the Local Government and <br /> 3 <br />
