r <br />i <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, the following Resolution <br />was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, The Board of Public Instruction of Indian <br />River County, Florida, a body corporate of the State of <br />Florida, has applied to the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, for a conveyance of the <br />property hereinafter described for use as the site of a <br />high school building and other school plant buildings; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board is satisfied that such property <br />is required for such use and is not needed for county pur- <br />poses; NOW THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that Indian River County, <br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />be and it is herewith and hereby authorized to convey to <br />The Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, <br />Florida, a body corporate of the State of Florida, the <br />following described real property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, <br />The northwest quarter of the northeast quarter <br />(NW4 of NE4) of Section 11, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, less and except the following <br />portions thereof: <br />(1) the south 50 feet of the north 80 feet thereof, <br />(2) the east 50 feet thereof, <br />(3) the south 35 feet thereof, <br />(4) the west 80 feet thereof, <br />for use as the site of a high school building and other school <br />plant buildings, for a consideration of One Dollar ($1.00). <br />
