(Geosyntec) has prepared this letter and cost table ( Table 1 ) in Attachment 1 . Attachment 1 <br /> includes an upAo - date listing of items not included in the original Work Order No . 15 and <br /> assigns their individual costs within the requested change order budget . For clarification , an <br /> itemized breakdown of the original proposal ' s Construction Contingency budget of $ 15 , 760 <br /> approved by IRC is shown in Attachment 1 .
