The ISR report <br /> will provide details of the excavation implementation activities, soil and groundwater disposal <br /> documentation, excavation details, and will include photographs documenting the ISR <br /> implementation. A draft copy of the ISR Report will be submitted to IRC for review. Upon IRC <br /> approval, the final ISR Report will be signed and sealed by the Florida Licensed P . E. in <br /> responsible charge of the project and will be submitted to IRC and the FDEP . <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> The following assumptions were made in developing this fee proposal : <br /> • No permits will be required for the removal of trees that are located within the general <br /> excavation area. <br /> • Excavated soil, dipping vat concrete, and trees/brush will be transported to the IRC Class <br /> I landfill for disposal as non-hazardous waste. Costs for disposal at the IRC Landfill are <br /> the responsibility of IRC. <br /> • Extracted groundwater (up to 7,000 gallons) will be disposed of at an industrial <br /> wastewater facility in Jacksonville, Florida as non-hazardous waste. Costs for <br /> transportation and disposal of groundwater are included in this proposal . <br /> • IRC staff will sign/execute all waste disposal manifests . <br /> • All site work can be performed in Level D personal protective equipment. <br /> • Geosyntee will be able to work unimpeded between Monday and Friday from 7 am - 7 <br /> pm. <br /> ESTIMATED BUDGET <br /> The fee proposal is provided as Exhibit 2 . <br /> XR07084/CCR08003 .DOC <br /> engineers I scientists I mnu \ aturs <br />
