<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,1
<br />that it is herewith recited and noted
<br />that the boundary lines of Election
<br />Districts in Indian River County
<br />have been fixed and designated at
<br />the meeting of this Board at which
<br />this Resolution is adopted whereby
<br />no Election District in said County
<br />shall lie partly in one County Com-
<br />missioner's District and partly in
<br />another.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
<br />that this Resolution, containing an
<br />accurate description of the bound-
<br />aries of such County Commission-
<br />er's Districts, shall be entered upon
<br />the minutes of this Board; that a
<br />certified copy of this Resolution
<br />shall be published once each week
<br />for four (4) consecutive weeks in
<br />the Vero Beach Press Journal, a
<br />newspaper of generalcirculation
<br />published in Indian River County,
<br />Florida; that the Clerk to this
<br />Board shall forthwith furnish the
<br />Secretary of the Stateof Florida
<br />with a certified copy of the minutes
<br />of this Board which shall evidence
<br />this Resolution in full and the adop-
<br />tion thereof and which shall contain
<br />the description of the boundaries of
<br />,the existing County Commissioner's
<br />Iistricts as herewith fixed ocretary f State

<br />RESOLUTION
<br />WHEREAS, by reason of the
<br />adoption by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, of a resolution fix-
<br />ing the boundaries of the county
<br />commissioner's districts of Indian
<br />River County. Florida, it has be-
<br />come necessary to alter and create
<br />certain registration and election dis-
<br />trictsand precincts within said
<br />county: and,
<br />WHEREAS, the members of this
<br />Board who are present at this
<br />meeting of this Board, being at least
<br />four members of this Board, have
<br />agreed unanimously on the altering
<br />and creating of such registration
<br />and election districts and precincts;
<br />and,
<br />WHEREAS, the Supervisor of
<br />Registration of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, is present at this meeting
<br />of this Board at the time of the
<br />adoption of this resolution and has
<br />recommended and approved the
<br />alterations and creations of such
<br />registration and election districts
<br />and precincts as provided by this
<br />resolution; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the registration and
<br />election districts and precincts as
<br />altered and created by this reap -1
<br />lution are such that no registration)
<br />and election district and precinct
<br />will lie partly in one county com-
<br />missioner's district and partly in
<br />another county commissioner's dis-
<br />trict, NOW THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, That the,
<br />registration and election districts
<br />and precincts in Indian River Coun-
<br />ty, Florida, are herewith and Ilere-
<br />by, altered, changed, created and
<br />fixed, and the boundaries thereof
<br />determined and defined, and desig-
<br />nated by number, and the most
<br />suitable place in each district and
<br />precinct established as a voting
<br />place, at which voting place there
<br />shall be a polling place, as fellows,
