That the individual whose name first appears above be designated <br />to serve for three consecutive years from this date, and shall be eligible <br />for reappointment, and that the individual whose name appears second above <br />be designated to serve for two consecutive years from this date, and shall <br />be eligible for reappointment to a three year term or his successor shall <br />be appointed for a three year term. <br />6. That Edwin S. Schmucker, County Engineer, Vero Beach, Florida, <br />be designated as an ex -officio member of the Council. <br />PRESENTED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on ,January 23, 1962. <br />CC airman, Board of County Commissioners <br />Attest: -� <br />Clerk, Board of Count}} Commissioners. <br />Donnie Barrett appeared before the Board and requested the <br />Boa rdto furnish engineering and excavation help for a track. at the <br />school. Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, Ed Schmucker was asked to <br />give them the necessary help. <br />Mr. Stocker asked the county if they would sell to him a <br />marl pit on Clemanns Avenue. He was advised that the county did not <br />wish to sell any county owned property. <br />The Chairman read a letter from the Wabasso Chamber of <br />Commerce regarding railroad -signal light at Wabasso crossing. The <br />chairman stated that this is part of the secondary road plan and <br />requested Mr. Gould to so advise. <br />Commissioner Macdonald read letters from Roseland Men's <br />Club and other interested parties with regard to dump and maintenance <br />of same in Roseland. <br />After considerable discussion and upon Motion made by <br />Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously <br />carried, the following Resolution was adopted and a copy of same mailed <br />to -interested parties. <br />
