Ed Schoucker stated that a Rockridge owner had contacted his <br />in <br />regard to, the <br />County furnishing back <br />fill for curbs in Rocktidge. <br />Mr <br />Schmucker was <br />requested to advise the <br />Rockridge owner that they <br />would furnish the back fill. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Ca mis- <br />sioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, a zoning change is tentatively <br />approved for the East 20 Acres of Tract 5; All of Tracts 6, 7 and 8; <br />the West 20 Acres of Tract 9; the East 10 Acres of tract 9; All of Tracts <br />10 and 11'; and the East 20 Acres of Tract 12; Section 28, Township 32 <br />r <br />South, Range 39 East; the sane to be changed from R-1, Single Family <br />District, to M -1-A, Restricted Industrial District, subject to public <br />hearing. <br />Ed Schmucker reported that FAA has approved extention of Clemanns <br />Avenue, subject to City Council approval. Ed Scbmacker was requested to <br />obtain necessary information for this extention in order that it may be <br />included in the secondary road plan. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner <br />Macdonald and unanimously carried, that the County not be charged for <br />permits for county construction on county lands outside of the municipal <br />limits. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried, that Charles Herring, Attorney, is <br />authorized to file condemnation proceedings on Oslo and Citrus Roads and <br />that Al Webber, Deputy Clerk, is authorized to pay necessary amount for <br />cost of same. <br />Mr. Butler, representing Realtors from Melbourne, appeared before <br />the Board and invited the Chairman to attend a meeting with the Realtors n <br />in Melbourne on February 21, to discuss AlA extention. The Chairman fel= <br />W <br />cr <br />that at this time he could not give any definite infocnation: ion AlA, but <br />requested a letter be written before the meeting and he would advise <br />whether or not he would attend. s <br />The County Engineer requested information as to how such bond <br />should be required for subdivision developers if the subdividers adver- <br />tised paved streets.
