<br />The foregoing Notice was read by the Chairman and all bids
<br />received were opened as follows:

<br />There being no other bid, Motion was made by Commissioner
<br />McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried,
<br />that the bid of Olivia G. Waters of $2,700.00 be accepted.
<br />Mrs. Baisden and others, representing the Roseland Woman's
<br />Club, appeared before the Board in regard to the Roseland dump. Commis-
<br />sioner Macdonald advised them that a fence would be built around the
<br />dump, that the county bulldozer would be sent more ofter and that every-
<br />body concerned would have to cooperate if the dump is to be kept in a
<br />more favorable condition.
<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Com-
<br />missioner McCullers and unanimously carried, Rosemary Richey, Supervisor
<br />of Registration, was authorized to attend Registrar School in Tallahassee
