K. <br />O C) 8 <br />ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE <br />(THE CONTRACT) <br />SELLER: David Godwin <br />BUYERS: Indian River County, Florida, Board of County Commissioners <br />PROPERTY: 5835 851h Street (aka County Road 510), Vero Beach, Florida <br />This Addendum is made pursuant to that certain Agreement to Purchase and Sell Real Estate <br />wherein the above named parties are Seller and Buyer respectively, for the real property located in <br />Indian River County, Florida, as described above, and in furtherance of the provisions of the <br />Contract, the parties do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The Closing Date shall be amended to read on or before July 31, 2008. <br />2. Pursuant to Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company Commitment for Title Insurance <br />Number 2411119, it may be necessary to initiate probate proceedings with regard to the <br />subject real property. In the event probate proceedings are required, then in that event the <br />parties agree to enter into an additional Addendum to Contract extending the date for closing <br />until such time as probate proceedings are complete to the extent required to clear title to the <br />subject real property. <br />3.
