R'1' Y ; 5835 85 "' Sheet ( aka County Road 510 ) , Vero Beach , Florida <br /> ' Phis Addendum is made pursuant to that certain Agreement to Purchase and Sell Real Estate <br /> wbercin the above named parties are Seller and Buyer respectively , for the real property located in <br /> Indian River County , Florida , as described above , and in furtherance of the provisions of the <br /> Contract , the parties do hereby agree as follows : <br /> -A , <br /> 1 . " I'hc Closing Date shall be amended to read on or before a r 1 <br /> 2 . Seller can not provide Buyer with marketable title pursuant to the Aglscement to Purchase and <br /> Sell Real Estate . Seller can provide Buyer with marketable title to 7 /9 interest in the <br /> property . Buyer hereby agrees to accept from Seller a Warranty Deed for 7 /9 interest in the <br /> property and a Quit Claim Deed for the remaining 2 /9 interest in the property , knowing that <br /> the rema ► llmg 2/9 interest shall be conveyed in an unmarketable disposition with potential <br /> claims attached .
