FWC Grant No. 04027 GRANT AGREEMENT INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ARTIFICIAL REEF MONITORING PROJECT THIS GRANT AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION COMMISSION, whose address is 620 South Meridian Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1600, hereafter "COMMISSION," and the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, whose address is 1840 25'h Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, hereafter "GRANTEE.' NOW THEREFORE, the COMMISSION and the GRANTEE, herein expressly re-adopt the terms of the Grant Agreement, FWC Grant No. 04027, previously entered into by the COMMISSION and the GRANTEE on April 7, 2005 and all attachments thereto, except that the terms of the following provision shall control: TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall begin upon the original execution date of April 7, 2005 and end on February 28, 2007, inclusive. In accordance with Section 287.058(2), Florida Statutes, the GRANTEE shall not be eligible for reimbursement for services rendered prior to the execution date of April 7, 2005 nor after the termination date of the Agreement.
