RESO•LUT10M <br />WHEREAS, there is a total surplus of $6,500.40 is the Pine and <br />forfeiture Fund of Indian River County under some items and which surplus <br />exists after payment of all necessary expenditures under such items for <br />the current fiscal year; and <br />WHEREAS, there iva deficiency in funds necessary to provide for <br />the proper and authorized expenditures under some items in the Fins and <br />Forfeiture Fund; and <br />• WHEREAS, said items mentioned are a part of the same fund and <br />the transfer from one item to another item in the same fund and is not a <br />transfer from one.fund to another fund; therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that there is herewith transferred the sum of <br />$6,500.00 from some items where there is a surplus to the items where <br />there is a .deficiency, according to detailed statement attached, all in <br />the Fine and Forfeiture Fund of the current budget of Indian River County <br />as provided by law. <br />Item to Item Transfer Transfer <br />A/C Name To From <br />364 Sheriff's Expenses $6,500.00 <br />952 Reserve for Contingencies $6,500.00 <br />The County Service Officer and the County Agent filed their monthly <br />reports with the Board. <br />The Chairman read a letter from the Legislative Council stating <br />there there would be a meeting for the purpose of hearing any complaints <br />with regard to shell homes in this area. The County Attorney was requested <br />to send a copy of the letter to the various lumber companies and if they <br />have any complaints, the Board will make necessary arrangements to follow <br />up the matter. <br />The County Attorney read a letter from the Bureau of Land Manage- <br />ment requesting the Board to adopt a plan for the use of the beach property <br />just North of the Missile tracking station and if the plan meets with <br />their approval it can be purchased by the county for $50.00. The Chairman <br />suggested that the Board as a whole get together and work out plans to sub - <br />Book 7 FAcrti57 <br />
