MEASURABLE OUTCOMES (Entire Section D not to exceed two pages) <br /> OUTCOMES ACTIVITIES <br /> Add all of the elements for the Measurable Outcome(s) Add the tasks to accomplish the Outcome(s) <br /> 1 . 1 : Each child enrolled in the free or reduced <br /> 1 . Provide an increase in affordable arts and lunch program will be informed of the Summer <br /> cultural programs for children ages 7- 12 Cultural camp program . <br /> enrolled in the free/reduced lunch program by <br /> providing one , two-week program as measured 1 . 2 : Each child previously enrolled in the <br /> by other affordable programs offered at this Summer Cultural camp will receive <br /> time . information in the form of a flyer about the <br /> Baseline = 0 program . <br /> 2 .
