Therefore, it <br />hereby supercedes anything to the contrary in the Bidding Requirements or contract Documents. This <br />ADDENDUM is hereby made a part of and shall be attached to the subject Bidding Requirements and <br />Contract Documents. <br />The Bid Opening date November 7, 2007 at 2:00 pm is hereby amended to November <br />14, 2007 at 2:00 pm. <br />All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to <br />ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in <br />response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties through the <br />Issuing Office as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior <br />to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be <br />binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. <br />Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, or change the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by <br />OWNER or ENGINEER. <br />The Bid shall contain an acknowledgment of receipt of all Addenda, the num rs of which shall be <br />filled in on the Bid form. <br />1 �. <br />
