Also included will be the <br /> installation of a new mast arm traffic signal at the intersection of <br /> CR 512 and108'" Avenue, the replacement of two existing span <br /> wire traffic signals with new mast arm traffic signals at the <br /> intersections of CR 512/101 " Avenue and CR 512/Sebastian <br /> River Middle School driveway, the construction of retention ponds, <br /> rr landscaping and irrigation . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the condition of the above obligation is such that if the Principal does not <br /> withdraw said Bid within the period of time set forth in the Bid Documents , and on or before the <br /> fifteenth day after the Notice of Award , the Principal enters into a written contract with the <br /> OWNER in accordance with the Bid as accepted, and if the Principal gives the required bonds <br /> with good and sufficient sureties for the faithful performance and proper fulfillment of such <br /> Contract and for the protection of laborers and materialmen , then this obligation shall be null <br /> and void.
