<br /> Project Description : The project will consist of the widening of approximately
<br /> two miles of County Road 512 to a four-lane divided highway
<br /> between 108 Avenue and 1800 feet west of County Road
<br /> 510. Also included will be the Installation of a new mast arm
<br /> traffic signal at the intersection of CR 512 and 1W Avenue,
<br /> the replacement of two existing span wire traffic signals with
<br /> new mast arm traffic signals at the intersections of CR 512!
<br /> 101 Avenue and CR 512/Sebastian River Middle School
<br /> +� driveway, the construction of retention ponds, landscaping
<br /> and irrigation.
<br /> A copy of said Contract is incorporated herein by reference and is made a part hereof as if fully
<br /> copied herein.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITIONS OF THIS OBLIGATION ARE SUCH , that, if the
<br /> Principal shall promptly make payments to all claimants, as herein below defined, then this
<br /> obligation shall be void ; otherwise, this Bond shall remain in full force and effect, subject to the
<br /> following terms and conditions:
<br /> 1 . A claimant, as defined in Florida Statutes Section 255.05( 1 ), supplying Principal with
<br /> labor, materials, or supplies, used directly or indirectly by Principal in the prosecution
