<br /> deposits funds with CONTRACTOR with which accordance with the terms of said rental agree-
<br /> to make payments, in which case the cash ments. The rental of any such equipment, ma-
<br /> discounts shall accrue to OWNER. All trade chinery, or parts shall cease when the use
<br /> discounts , rebates and refunds and returns thereof is no longer necessary for the Work.
