COO 7 r4z)9 <br />RES 0 L U T I 0 N <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes and <br />additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing <br />in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 20 Acres of Tract 5; all of Tracts 6, 7 and 8; the <br />West 20 Acres of Tract 9; the East 10 acres of Tract 9; all <br />of Tracts 10 and 11; and the East 20 acres of Tract 12; <br />Section 28, Township 32 South, Range 39 East. <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to M -1-A, Restricted In- <br />dustrial District <br />
